What are the limits to customizing my blog?

  I would like to move my blog to my domain and use the structure of wordpress but completely custom build the look as well as add Jquery and video/audio files. Is this possible?

  It’s not really possible to add Javascript here at WordPress.com, but you can do so with a self-hosted WordPress installation. You might want to review the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress.org installations:
