What did I pay for? What else do I have to pay for to have a blog and a website?

    What did I buy for $96 if I have to buy something else to start a blog? what is free for one year if I buy something else?

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Hi there,

    From what I can see you upgraded to our Personal Plan ($48/yr) which included a domain which is free for the first year. I see you also upgraded to email, which is free for the first 3 months. You can confirm the charges I see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    With that said I’m not entirely sure I understood your question. You seem to have everything that you would need to start a website unless you are needing some kind of special functionality that is not already built in to WordPress.com.
