  What do I do after i download version 3.9.1 ? My wordpress panel still shows that I have a download to do even I had downloaded the last version.

  Why would you do that in the first place? You’ve got a perfectly good blog at http://gwendolynxu.wordpress.com/ that staff here update for you for free.
