What do I lose by not renewing premium
-
I am not tech savvy. I paid 99 bucks for a “premium” site on Word Press and really don’t know what I paid for. No Joke. So, I owe another $99 by August. 13th. I don’t know if I should pay it. Do I lose my blog if I don’t pay $99 dollars? I’m not using any special aps, or anything cause I don’t know how. I just want to be able to have the name – so, if I don’t pay the 99, am I going to lose my “free” word press.com website. thanks.

Hi there,
First off, I want to reassure you that even if you let WordPress.com Premium expire, you won’t lose any of your blog’s content. Without any upgrades, you can continue to use your WordPress.com blog at its free .wordpress.com address.
With WordPress.com Premium, you get the following upgrades:
If you only want to renew some of these upgrades (like your custom domain name) rather than the entire Premium plan, you can go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard and click the Cancel link next to WordPress.com Premium. This will split the Premium plan into individual upgrades so you can renew each one separately.
If you have any questions about this, please let me know!
