What do I need to do to received email notification of blogs I follow?

  I follow the Daily Post but am not getting any emails notification from this or any other blog I follow when a new post is released. The blog in question is Retired2Travel. Can you point me in the right direction, please? Also at the end of the year I received Stats from my old blog which is now ‘Private’ and nothing for this current Blog. I’m puzzled 1

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Log into WordPress.com and click on the “edit” link next to “blogs I follow” on the right hand side. The next page will show you the blogs you follow and the notification settings for each. To change the notification settings, click on the “edit” link next to the blog you are trying to change.

  Thank you for the reply :)

  I’ve tried that numerous times and even though I have the settings to ‘Immediate’, I’m still not getting email notifications. Any other suggestions?

  Are you saying that the settings aren’t saving for you? Or that they are showing as “Immediate” but no emails are arriving?

  I forgot to mention that at the end of last year, I had notification on how my previous Blog (swozy) went for 2013 – which by the way has been inactive for about 18 months and no details on how my current blog had performed during that year. Is there a link in there somewhere?

  And just to be sure, you have checked your “spam” folder (and “social” folder if you are using gmail)?

  Yes. Nothing in ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ on my email account.

  Any ideas? Are you able to check if there’s a connection or crossed wires with my old blog?

  Somehow your settings had gotten changed to block all emails. I have no idea how that could have happened. But it has been fixed.
