What does jetpack communicate to wordpress.com?
-
Hi.
Why the Jetpack plugin needs to communicate to wordpress.com? What information is exchanged? I think it’s not clear.

Jetpack’s services are hosted at WordPress.com, specifically the stats data, email subscriptions, spelling/grammar checker, WP.me shortlinks, and real-time distribution.

So, what Jetpack does is just send all data to wordpress.com? Would be a limit for this? Like email subscription, is there a limit of notifications per day?
I think you really need a Terms of Service explaining everything.

No, there is no limit to notifications per day. All email subscribers will receive the posts via email, no matter how many subscribers or posts you have.
