  This is a peer support forum. When you post here in the event that we Volunteers cannot resolve your issue then we flag the thread for Staff attention. That means Staff aren’t answering questions that are already answered in the learn wordpress.com tutorial, support documentaion or in forum threads.   what enhancements are available in paid accounts?

  There is no such thing as a psis accounts, unless you are referring to VIP hosting, which I doubt. We can all purchase upgrades either individually or in bundles.
