  When I look at the pricing via the private browser (not logged-in) I see this pricing.

  And when looking at pricing via my account > Upgrade. I see this.

  Could you please confirm what exactly is the pricing?
  Also is there an option to pay monthly? If yes what is the pricing for that?
  And lastly is there any limitations to use free wordpress.com subdomain blog?

  I just realize this seems to another currency on my account. How may I change it to USD please?

  The pricing you see when logged in is for the Singapore Dollar. I’ve now updated your account currency to USD as requested.

  We do not offer any monthly payment options. All upgrades are purchased a year in advance and renew annually.

  All sites on WordPress.com, whether at the free address or a custom domain, has to adhere to our terms of service and user guidelines, or your site may be suspended.
