What happened???

  I have had the absolute worst experience creating my website with wordpress. I finally began to make a little progress and suddenly my website logged me out. When I tried to log back in it said my email address and my username were both invalid. I eventually went directly to wordpress.com. Somehow my account was deleted and my domain was turned into a domain.wordpress.com entry.

  I have created an ecommerce site before without any serious issues. Also, while creating my landing page/designing my website, I am constantly asked to create blogs. I am building an eCommerce website, not a blog. Maybe there is a way to change that in my settings.

  PLEASE assist me, I am extremely frustrated.

We are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
