what happened to my color images?

  suddenly all my color pictures I upload display as black and white

  All of a sudden my color images I upload display as black and white. I don’t have a clue what is going on but it is maddening.

  I guess it is only happening in the images I have in my header.

  http://tadpolerider2.files.wordpress.com/2014/05/blog-header-ice-sprint.jpg The image looks like it was uploaded black and white. Try using an image that’s already in your blog in colour as a header image and see what happens to it.

  Most of the images are only in color. I don’t have them in B&W to upload.

  I have found the problem. I don’t yet know why it is happening nor what to do about it but when I crop the images and resize them for the header they are changing to black and white when I save them. So I am uploading black and white images. I have never had anything like this happen before. I will try using a different photo editing program to see what happens.
