What happened to my content?

  I created my site and customized a theme, wrote blog posts, added a bunch of media, etc. and then I let it be for a while without updating it and now it’s all gone. It reverted back to some generic template and all of my content has disappeared…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @mywiplifeblog, how long ago did you add content to the site? And is there any chance you would have set up a different site under another account? This site doesn’t seem to have had much activity.

  I have two accounts, one personal and one professional but I triple checked to make sure I wasn’t going insane and it’s the right account and site, it’s just gone. I used it a lot in October and haven’t touched it since but it shouldn’t have erased or reset everything unless maybe I was hacked? I also checked to see if there were any drafts or revisions and there’s no proof anything was even there which makes no sense.

  Can you confirm what your other account is? This site hasn’t really had activity since it was started.

  Hm. You created this account fairy recently. We don’t see much activity — in fact it doesn’t look like you’ve confirmed the address yet, so you wouldn’t have been able to post anything (try it at https://wordpress.com/post and you’ll see what I mean.)

  Are you sure there isn’t another account?
