  I had a template installed and now it is gone. Can you please explain?

  Your site’s Business Plan expired on October 8 when it wasn’t renewed, and the use of third-party themes does require a Business or higher plan.

  You can purchase a new Business Plan for the site via https://wordpress.com/plans
