What happened to my wordpress?

I’ve been with WordPress for a few years and have paid the premium package and now my website is gone and it says I don’t have wordpress any longer. What happened and how do I get my website back?

Are you sure you are logged in to the account owning that Premium package? Are you sure your site didn’t expire? What is the URL of your ‘missing’ site?

I just went into my account and they never automatically renewed it. How do I get all my site back? I went in and made sure my credit card was on file. There is no phone number to call them.

my url is weddingexpoonline.com Nothing shows up. I’m in tears. I’ve worked so hard on this site for 2 years and I have wedding vendors that use my site. I did send WordPress an email so hopefully my website can be restored to how it was just last week.

It looks like your Business Plan and domain mapping upgrade expired on 3 June already, and were removed from your account on 10 June.
It looks like we tried to renew your upgrades several times, but the renewals failed due to an incorrect credit card number. We sent several email reminders as well.
I’ve now sent you a link via email that you can use to pay for the Business Plan again. Once we receive your payment, we can reactivate your plan and domain mapping, and then you’ll be able to contact live chat support to help you get your site back the way it were.
I’m about to log off for the day, but I’ll check in a couple of hours whether you’ve completed the payment yet. Else I’ll check again in the morning to make sure we get this up and running for you again as soon as possible.
