What happened to our site?

  We got a notice from a customer that our site (norwayInsight.com) was down. When I went to see what was wrong I saw that our domain, site and design was completely changed. It seems all our plugins and the Elementor-buildt pages are replaced by another theme.

  Why is this and how do we get back our website?

  Correct account: Yes

  Did you read the notice on your site norwayInsight.com? It seems your wordpress.com plan expired. You must log in to your wordpress.com account to see what’s going in.

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and both your domain connection and your Business Plan expired on 5/3. You will need to repurchase a paid plan (currently Pro) in order to restore your site to how it formerly looked.
