What happened to the appearance of my blog and where did several of my posts go?

  My blog suddenly changed appearance. The months and comments are no longer on the right side of page and several of my posts disappeared even though they are listed in the dashboard.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have no idea what is happening with my blog, appearance changed, list of posts disappeared and several posts between 11/9 and 11/19 have vanished. Why did this happen and how can it be fixed?
