What happened to the free wordpress plan

  Are free plans still available from wordpress? I can only see paid options. Did WP do away with the free plan option?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you leave step one blank and type a word or phrase (not a full domain) in the box at step two you should be offered a free address right below the two paid-for ones. You may have to continue to experiment with the address (remove loads of numbers?) until you’re happy with the free address offered as once you click “select” that address is created for you.
