What happens if I disable auto renew?

    Hi!

    If I disable the auto renew function, will I get some sort of reminder, so I still get an opportunity to pay in time?

    Hi Thomas,

    Yes, if you disable auto renew we’ll still email you a reminder before your upgrade expires. Disabling auto renew just means that you’ll need to log in and manually renew the upgrade instead of having our system automatically renew it for you.
