    when i click on confirm email in my box , i have an empty box asking a confirmation code . what is it?please send it.

    Hi there,

    Do you mean you’ve received the email, but when you click the confirmation link it asks for an additional code? Clicking the link in the confirmation email should instantly activate your account – there is no part of the process that requires you to enter any code.

    Are you speaking of an email from us with the subject line, Activate preethyram? Where exactly in that email are you clicking?
