What is my Blog IP ADRESS (familiabf.es) ?

Hi I have created a blog with wordpress (familiabf.es), but I had already created a website with another host (arsys–>familiabf.com). I want to map this domain to my wordpress one (brand new), but when I change the DNS in Arsys, they ask me to put the IP adress too. How could I have my blog IP adress ? I heard that it’s not a good idea because if the IP adress changes my website could not be reached?

Hi there,
I do not recommend an IP address if it’s not necessary because we don’t have a single IP address for your site since we have your site on a number of geographically-diverse servers to improve speed and uptime.
Since we change out the IPs we use based on when different datacenters/server go online, we don’t suggest using IP addresses.
Our suggested route is to map your domain (by adding it via the Store > My Domains page on your site’s dashboard), add the MX records currently on your site to our Store > My Domains > Edit DNS, then changing your nameservers to WordPress.com.
However, if you still want to go ahead and map your domain using A records, please be sure to create at least two, pointing to two different IPs from the list below.
- 192.0.81.250
- 66.155.11.238
- 76.74.254.123
- 192.0.80.250
- 76.74.254.120
- 66.155.9.238

Thanks a lot for your quick response, finally it has been possible to change my former DNS to the new one by asking to their customer service to change it without changing the IP adress.Thanks again for your time.
