What is my Blog URL?

  I though once i registered my domain my blog URL wouldn’t be truenotesdotorg.wordpress.com
  It should be truenotes.org
  It keeps saying my blog URL is truenotesdotorg.wordpress.com on my settings
  ?
  Someone please explain
