Like Aleone89 replied above, there is no set limit to any of the plans on WordPress.com either through monthly traffic/bandwidth or storage size.
Even on the free plan, you enjoy unlimited access to continue using WordPress as long as you want but the paid plans have so much to offer like ads removal, plugin integrations, upload of themes (on business plan) and others.
The business plan is a managed WordPress hosting by the Team at WordPress itself so you don’t have to worry about any technical issue as regards your site. You just have to focus on contents, distribution/marketing and possibly making your money too. Please see the link shared by Aleone89 above so you can compare the plans to have an overview.
