    Refunds
    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement. In rare instances, it can take longer. You might talk to your bank if you are not seeing the money in a reasonable amount of time. Once we have processed the refund, it is out of our hands.
