What is the WordPress.org HOST address for back-up via FTP?

  I would like to back-up my wordpress site by FTP and am looking for the WordPress.org host address.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If you’d like to backup your self-hosted site using the free WordPress software (from WordPress.org), you’ll need to contact your website hosting provider for help with that. You can also get support for a self-hosted site on the WordPress.org forums here:

  http://wordpress.org/support/

  If you’re concerned about the site you have hosted here at WordPress.com, we actually take care of backing up your site for you. There isn’t FTP access for sites hosted at WordPress.com, but if you’d like to manually back up your site content you can download an export file: Export
