What is this theme?

  I would like the same theme as http://www.ChristmasatDPAC.com

  I am hosting an event and I would like to have a website just like this one. Does anyone know an easy way to get this template? It’s similar to the one page templates, but instead of scrolling, it automatically sends you to sections of the website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We have several similar looking templates on WordPress.com, but not that exact one and we can only use the ones available here https://theme.wordpress.com/ The “jump” to each section is most likely javascript, which we cannot use here.
