  WordPress.org does not have a support email. Support for the free, open source WordPress software is provided by the community of volunteers who make that software in the public forums on WordPress.org:

  WordPress.org is an open source project run by volunteers. It does not belong to a company, so there’s no one who can employ support staff, and no private email, phone or live chat support for that software.
