What is wrong with your site?

I have been trying to launch my blog site, but YOUR site won’t let me. When it asks to confirm my email address is shows [email redacted by staff]! It is (email visible only to moderators and staff), no extra .com! when I try to change it it asks to confirm and that an email will be sent to gotyoursix#gmail.com.com, there is no email by that name!
Also, on your security page it asks to enter your pass word. When I do, it states that I have already used that pass word! NO KIDDING, THATS MY PASS WORD!!! So I agree to allow your site to generate a password! AGAIN IT STATES THAT THAT PASS WORD HAS BEEN USED!!!! If this is the type of service to expect, I don’t really know if I want to do business with you, or if I can! What can and will be done to remedy this situation. -

What is the URL of the site you’re trying to launch? The account you’re using to post here was created 12 hours ago, just ten minutes before you created this forum thread, and your account has never created any sites with us.
You can see the email address we have on file for you at https://wordpress.com/me/account/ – it does not contain any extra .com
There is another WordPress.com account on our system that does have your email address with an extra .com at the end. That is how the email address was entered when the account was created, so most likely you made a typo when originally typing it in.
Go to your account settings for this account and change that email address to something else. If you don’t have another email account, simply adding a . anywhere in your email should be enough for our system to see it as a different email.
After confirming that change via the email we’ll send you, log out of the
richardhatfield3, and log in as the other account, either using the username for that account or the mistyped email address, and you’ll be able to change that account’s email to the correct address.Let me know if you run into any further trouble with this.
