What should happen once I purchase a guided transfer?

    I purchased a guided transfer but nothing has happened since. Once I paid I was redirected to the upgrade page, under the store menu of my dashboard. There was no message to confirm the payment or any indication of what to expect next. What should have happened after the purchase?

    If I were to receive an email, is it possible to resend it as nothing has come through my inbox.

    It looks like your Guided Transfer purchase went through fine. You should receive an email from a Happiness Engineer within a day to explain how things will work.
