  I’ve paid 300 euros to WordPress and I don’t even get decent support? Only f*** forums? WHAT IS THIS??? I am SO ANGRY

  Live chat support is included in the Business Plan which you bought on 12 March, but our records show you cancelled that plan yesterday, about fifteen minutes before you posted this forum thread.

  Please confirm if you’d like us to reactivate that plan on your account. As you’ve already paid up until March 2020 there is no additional charge to do this.
