WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE TWO WORDPRESS ACCUNTE ON THE SAME EMAIL?

  IM TRYING TO LOG IN ITS DOSNT LET ME,ONLY FROM MY FAVORITE BOOKMARK I CAN LOG IN .I THINK ITS BECAUSE I OPEN FIRST WORDPRESS ACCOUNT AND THEN OPEN ANTHER ONE WORDPRESS ACCOUNT FROM MY C PANEL OF MY HOSTING COMPANY .
  PLEASE NEED HEEL TO FIX THIS ASAP

  You can’t have 2 accounts on the wordpress.com platform using the same emailadress.
  From what you tell it looks you are talking about an account you made on a site using the open source wordpress.org.
  Wordpress.com and wordpress.org accounts are in no way related to each other.

  If I’m log in from my hosting company to WordPress it’s show me the right WordPress account, and if I’m log in by email and password it’s show me WordPress with the same url but empty (no plugins installed )

  @ninochkabags it’s because you log in to 2 different sites. When you login from your hosting company, you log in to your site using the open source wordpress.org. When you log in at wordpress.com, you go to a free site running on the wordpress.com platform.
  Wordpress.com and wordpress.org are 2 completely different systems, https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
