You have to contact your developer and ask him for the login and password as administrator.

I have a password to get into the dashboard and I can do a few changes but on the press side it does not allowed me to change or delete the pictures
for example : i want to remove a someones pictures and contact number but when I go to editing doesn’t show the pictures I want to delete. -

In principle, however, @staartmees is correct that you do need to have a sufficient user role on your site to do those things and your site admin needs to give you that level of access if you don’t already have it.
