what to do with two seperate sites. I need to combine them. How can I do this?

  I seem to have two sites. One was created a long time ago and forgot I had made it. Now I have created another one and they are creating havoc. One keeps from opening the other one. I don’t know what’s going on. I know this is not a very good description of what’s going on but it’s the best I can do. Help!!!
