I need assistance via telephone please.
Getting back to restart my business so I need some assistance with my wordpress site and account please.
There are a few questions that I need help with.
1. Am I on an old version of wordpress
2. If so then can I upgrade to a newer version?
3. I installed ELEMENTOR to my wordpress account but am unable to use this.Should you need any further information then feel free to contact me.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
