  Your site is hosted at WordPress.com so it will always be using the latest version of the WordPress.com platform. Version numbers aren’t used here as small/major updates are taking place behind the scenes constantly. It is only if you have a site hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software that you have to concern yourself with version numbers (and often carry out your own updates etc).
