what's needed to redirect one domain I don't own to my primary domain?

redirect one domain to primary domain before deleting site.
One Non-Profit organization: Arizona Energy-Education Fund Coalition. 2 separate sites were created by 2 different webmasters/administrators. 1) arizonanuclearsolutions.org (mine) & 2) azedcoalition.org. At our last meeting, it was decided that only my site would remain and become the official site for our organization and once pertinent information was copied to my site, the azedcoalition.org site would be deleted (or made inactive.) Only the domain name that has been advertised would be redirected to my primary domain so people could still access the official site by using either URL.
Question: What are the steps to accomplish the above?
Thanks.

Hi Jocelyne,
You mentioned that you want to direct the domain you don’t own (azedcoalition.org) to your WordPress.com site. Only the domain owner can control where that domain points.
One option is to ask that domain owner to set up domain forwarding with their domain registrar. That would forward anyone visiting that domain to yours. (The options and exact steps for setting that up depend on that domain’s registrar.)
Another option is to have the domain owner help map that domain to your site: Map an Existing Domain
Either way, you’ll need the person who owns that domain to help set it up so it redirects visitors to your site. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
