What’s with the file downloads?

  My stats show that someone has been downloading a bunch of files from my blog today. This is strange, because I’ve never posted any downloadable files. The files have names like backup.sql.zip and main.sql.zip. When I click on the links, they all lead to a 404 error message. Any idea what these are?
