when do i get my refund?

    so, i just got a refund and it shows in my transactions that it worked, it costed 48 USD, and i saw a transaction that marked -48 USD. but i haven’t gotten it yet, since it doesn’t show that i have received any money on my bank account. what is the usual waiting time for these?

    Hi there!

    I just checked the status of the refund and I can see that they have been issued successfully from our end on September 25.

    Depending on your credit card service provider, it can take a week or two for the refunded money to be added back to your account. For more information on how we refund, you can see this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/#how-will-you-refund-my-payment

    If you don’t see the amount added back to your card/bank account or the original transaction not removed after a week or two, please contact your card issuer/bank to inquire about the status of the refund.
