  ashleyjwebster, best practice is to open up your own forum thread rather than tagging on to another one. It helps us keep things tidy and be more efficient.

  I’d try using a different browser to see if you have better luck. If not, go ahead and open up a new thread from https:/en.forums.wordpress.com/ and then add the “modlook” tag to the tags field in the sidebar area. That will get it in the staff queue.
