when i attempt to add media(photo,link) ..it just keep on loading !

    ive been using my wordpress almost a year now… but recently when i attempt to add media(photo,link) when i click it..it just keep on loading for 10 minutes i wait … i use other browser it works onetime only ..but next …..its still the same… i also use the NEW POST above wordpress .. ..it can add photo but…when i publish it it disappear on preview [ the preview on my theme – im using TRITON LITE theme) i been trying all method ..but still the same… why is it…. any solution for it? thank you ….
