When I click on any option to try to edit my wordpress, I get a white page, nothing else

    I’ve tried accessing my wordpress page on two different browsers. I can click on the side where it says ‘my site’, but when I click edit or customize or anything, it just goes white. Doesn’t go anywhere. I can’t edit or access anything.

    Hi sannacpalo,

    I’ve checked mytransactionpros.wordpress.com and the Customiser is loading without any issues on my side. Can you try editing the site using a different internet connection such as home, work, a friend or the cellular data on a phone?

    Also, do you have any antivirus software installed on the device where you are unable to edit the site?
