When I go to Library, I don’t see anything on the screen except the word Media and Help.

There’s absolutely no advantage in uploading images straight out of one’s camera or phone at huge dimensions and high resolutions only to have them then drastically resized and reduced to be viewed on computer screens and smartphones. It’s an enormous waste of storage space. In order to maximize your storage space, I always recommend to optimize your images before uploading them.
