When I reset the permalink to post name, I can no longer update any posts or page. And can not create any new page or post with out getting the error Updating failed..
PLEASE HELP… I have wanted two days on this, trying different themes and everything… -

Ah, okay. These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.

I would try posting in the WordPress.org forums first – I am sure there are individuals that can assist you with this issue there.
However, if you have no luck there, WordPress jobs is a great place to post for assistance. Another popular place is Codeable.
We have recently also partnered with upwork, so I’d recommend checking them out:

With these places, you can post your site needs and budget, as well as search for developers that match the criteria you are looking for.
