When I select a plan, will I be billed upfront? Upgrade

  I want to upgrade to the premium plan that is $8.25 per month however when I go to purchase the upgrade it shows $99, my question is will I be billed $99 up front or am I agreeing to the $8.25 per month and will be billed for that first payment upfront?
