When i try to subscribe to wooCommerce,

  When i try to subscribe to wooCommerce, it suggest me to subscribe to SiteGround. Then, when i log into wordpress and try to open a site, i have to subscribe to another plan again and transfer my domain used in Site ground. What is the difference between the plan for Siteground and WordPress? Is Siteground necessary for me to build a eCommerce website?

  What exactly are you trying to do?

  To use WooCommerce you need a WordPress website. You can either do that at a hosting provider like SiteGround, or you can do it here on WordPress.com using the Business Plan.
