When will I receive my order?

    I ordered a jacket a month ago from a seller in woocommerce . I recieved info that my order has been processed and was given a order #. I’m just wondering how long it takes before my order arrives at the address I gave them, when I ordered.

    We can ‘t help your as wordpress.com and woocommerce have no connection whatsoever site poepie using these software. Your have to solve this probleem site the seller.

    Hi there,

    As @staartmees said above, we can’t help with this.

    First, you’re posting in the support forums of WordPress.com, the hosting provider. We can only help with sites that are hosted on our servers, and even then if someone sells something via a site hosted with us, their business has nothing to do with us. We just provide them with a hosting service. All aspects of running their business is under their own control.

    Second, WooCommerce is just the software used to make an online store. Anyone can download and use that software, and they don’t even need an account at WooCommerce.com to do so. So the folks over at WooCommerce also has no control over the online store where you placed your order, and most likely don’t even know who the store owners are.

    So neither we nor WooCommerce can help you with this, any more that Microsoft can help you if someone wrote you something you didn’t like using MS Word installed on their computer.

    Only the owners of the website in question can help you, so please try contacting them directly.
