When will the guided transfer team be available again?

  Hello,
  I was thinking about moving my site from wordpress.com to wordpress.org but I don’t feel comfortable doing this myself. I was wondering when the guided transfer team will be available again?

  Hi there,

  Guided Transfers are currently available, but they aren’t available on sites using custom fonts or a premium theme like the Designfolio theme you’re using.

  You can head to the theme showcase and activate a free theme on your site. Then, you can head to your site’s Customizer and, in the Fonts section, click the X next to the custom fonts you have to remove those. That will make the Guided Transfer option available if you’d like that option.
