  I just bought the site transfer. When will the happiness engineer contact me regarding the hosting transfer?

  On Friday the Expert told me she could not answer my problem — which is that site is expired and I will pay the 99 dollars required to put it up but HOW can I tell if I am still in the REDEMPTION period? I don’t want to pay 99 dollars and then find I can’t get back the site. The EXPERT said a Happiness Engineer would contact me with the answer. Nobody contacts me and time is running out. What should I do?
