Whenever I try to click on ‘my site’ it says ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection – WP Admin’

    Whenever I try to click on ‘my site’ I get a notification saying ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection – WP Admin’. When I click on the WP Admin link it takes me to an error page.

    I have tried to follow the instructions outlined in other forms about disconnecting Jetpack but I am not able to access Jetpack because I am not able to access the ‘my site’ page.

    I haven’t logged onto my WP account in quite a few months. I do not have a published site.
