Where are my emails and why can’t I change anything?

  I am not getting any of my emails. I pay for service, but it says I’m on a free package? Please help

  What is the URL of the site you have a paid plan for?

  You’re posting here as the WordPress.com user, 3gly, and this account only owns the free site, http://3gly.wordpress.com which hasn’t been updated since January 2015. This account has never bought any upgrades from us.

  If you have another site that’s on a paid plan, it belongs to a different account.
