Where are the privacy settings?

  I want to turn on privacy for a WP site, but when I look under Settings->Privacy on my dashboard, all I can do is create a privacy page. Has this setting moved?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  “Settings” “Privacy” is a WordPress.com feature. Perhaps you’re working on an unnamed site hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software where things work differently.
