Where can I find my CSS

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,

I just purchased the custom design option for Word Press for $30 and I would like to know how I can access the CSS. I am seeing a welcome note but no instructions past that on where I can go to make changes to the style sheet. I have looked at several video but I am not seeing the same functions on my screen.

I have gone to Appearance – Customize – CSS, from there I see a blurb that says Welcome to Custom CSS. Where do I go from there?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Once to go to Appearance > Customize > CSS you can add custom CSS to make edits to your site. You wouldn’t see the style sheet. Just add the necessary CSS for the element you want to change and it should show up in the Preview if everything is correct.

If you have any questions about the code you want to add, please head over to our CSS Customization forum where we have staff/volunteers who’d be happy to help! :

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

Here’s the support guide if you want to edit CSS. With whatever you wanted to change, you would need to add code that would basically override the current CSS. You wouldn’t be able to actually edit the CSS stylesheet.

    Cheers!
